[ANN] Personal SqueakSource

I made a one-time setup script for Linux which sets up a headless
SqueakSource server on localhost to start automatically on every boot,
thus allowing the 'mc history' and 'mc origin' functions within the
IDE to work for your own proprietary code, from any existing image.

I've been using and refining it for the last couple of months, and
have really come to like it because I get 'mc history' without having
to install any extra code in those images, because its handled by the
standard HTTP repository alredy existing in trunk.
