ARMv8 BitBLT speedups provided by RPi/Ben Avison

 
Experience Report:

FYI, I git cloned
    https://github.com/bavison/opensmalltalk-vm
and built
    build.linux64ARMv8/squeak.cog.spur/build

Build went fine (did not have to elide broken CameraPlugin or adjust
config.h) and all seems to work fine for me (on aarch64 Chromebook).
