Abandoned Projects

Hi All,

A few open source projects are discussing what to do about abandoned
projects.  I'd be interested in any opinions about supporting the concept of
a living-project document.

I think the idea may have merit but I'm interested in all viewpoints.

So am I, so please add your comments to the article linked above.
To this point, I'm hearing that it's a good/interesting idea, but
might take more work (or more infrastructure) to make it work.
