About the changes of andreas

hi guys

I have a simple problem (and no time to fix it).
Andreas publish his changes on
        Balloon/Balloon.....
        Graphics/Graphics

The script loader does not deal with such an aspect in addition I  
would prefer to have all the
files in 3.9a so that after we can zip it simply for example.

What is your point of view? Should I change the loader to take into  
account
paths or copy the packages of andreas from their home to 39a.

I recall that the original idea was that packages would be loaded
*only* from the 39a repository, with everything that was ever included
in a 39a image copied there, no matter what the origin repository.
