[BUG] Again in FileList

FileServices  unregisterFileReader: CornerGripMorph  solve this, but why is again in trunk ?

Which are the steps to reproduce this bug?

The screen show you provide shows verson 17967.
Probably the bug is still in the current Squeak5.2alpha  latest
update: #18146 version

Export a Morph to file or try to select one external to .image with FileList
The bug is on updated .image
