[BUG| [FIX] Loading KeymappingInstaller-5.sar

To who own or maintain Keymap.

When trying to load into Squeak3.10.1beta.7155.image I have the attached
error.

I add a fix working for me.

And don't said I should do a Mantis report, as I know I should.

Think I must make the cake, sell and eat too ? :=)

Thanks Edgar. I have applied your patch (with a small change) and
published a version on SqueakSource and SqueakMap for Squeak3.10.

OK, the SqueakMap entry loads cleanly into Squeak3.10. If you use
Keymapping in 3.10 I highly recommend you turn off the
"duplicateAllControl..." (forgot the exact name...just search for it)
preference.

Don't forget put in Universes too if still not there.
Keymmapping is a very useful package all should know.
