[BUG][Squeak-dev Image] Don't upgrade your image

Hi,

this is a notification for people using the squeak-dev image:

!! Please do not upgrade your image !!

This is because OmniBrowser has changed its way of building morphic
interfaces. Monticello can't be upgraded. It has to be installed from
scratch.

I'm building a new image. I'll announce it when ready.
