Hi all,

I think I know what's going on: Eliot must have set up another
AppVeyor instance for the same repository. Compare these two URLs:

- https://ci.appveyor.com/project/eliotmiranda/opensmalltalk-vm/builds/29778335
- https://ci.appveyor.com/project/OpenSmalltalk/vm/builds/29778336

I was confused by the very low build number (#4) and then I realized
the build actually passed on our CI. Both builds passed, but the
deployment step failed on Eliot's instance because he didn't provide
the Bintray API secret.
