Candidate Deadline Feb 18th 2007

All,

I had someone ask me this question so I thought I'd remind everyone about
our candidate deadline.

If you are planning on running for the board you need to announce that fact
to this list (squeak-dev) by Feb 18th 2007.

I could be wrong about who has announced and who has not.  If so please
correct me.

Now is the time to encourage people to run.

Well, I think Squeak has done well this year and is going in a good
direction.  So personally I would be happy with the same guys again.

Funny - I think I was the first to formally announce my candidature
:). But here it is again: I'll run for a seat on coming year's board.

I decided to not run this time.

I'm sorry Cees, is must be because you were the first to announce.  I stand
corrected.

Cees, Bert, Craig, Tim are running.  Marcus is not.  I still do not know
about Yoshiki.

Do we have any other candidates?  I've tried encouraging a few people to
run, but no luck so far.
