Closing a mantis bug, how to?

Hi all

Recently, I fixed a bug a Mantis ticket exists for.
But I can't close it. How do I do that?

Bugs are changed to resolved when they are fixed, and closed when the fix
appears in a release. I think only admins can close bugs.
