Cog: BochsIA32Plugin build failed

I noticed that the build of BochsIA32Plugin failed on my Mac because of a missing library named libcpu.
Alas the site libcpu.org seems to be dead at the moment. Is there a chance to get the necessary files elsewhere?

apologies; the instructions were deficient. If you haven't already seen it read [Vm-dev] [commit] r2238 and/or update macbuild/HowToBuild.
