Collecting Release Notes for 5.2

I made preparations for every volunteer to work on the release notes for the upcoming Squeak 5.2.

Here is what I did:

Note that you can file-out the commit messages since the last release via "ReleaseBuilder fileOutChangesBetweenReleases" into a mark-down file.
