Croquet and video on Windows

Hi -

Just a short notice for those of you using Croquet and Video on Windows
machines. Some of the video drivers install a "Microsoft TV/Video"
network adapter which can severely screw up your Croquet since it's not
an actual network adapter but reported as the default network device.
The best thing to do if you encounter any problems is to check if you
have any such pseudo network adapter installed and if so get rid of it.
