Croquet on a Smartboard (or Promethean Board) in K-12 - Edusim Update

RichWhite
An update - Smarttech (Makers of the SMARTboard) rep emailed 2 days ago to let
me know they will be demoing the Edusim on their SMARTboard at an upcoming
educational technology trade show called Educause in Seattle
(http://www.educause.edu - October 23–26). Also have 2 teacher submitted
"resource packs" (lessons) .  The Learning Tree Institute is discussing the
details of offering mini-grants to teachers to develop Edusim lessons (the goal
is to have 50 lessons within the next 6 months).  We also have several Edusim
pods on our Secondlife Island with Edusim signage, video etc that are getting a
fair amount of traffic on our Greenbush Island (if you are interested in seeing
them - search "Greenbush Island" in SL - you will see the Education Service
Center lands in the results)

The latest prototype videos:

Kids build a Mars colony - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjVG6uh8P80

Best regards,
Rich

(my apologies if you receive this twice)
