[DOC][Squeak5.2rc1] 'Installer ensureMetacello' should be mentioned somewhere

     Installer ensureMetacello

is the top entry in the 'Do' menu. But it should also be mentioned in
the 'Extending the system' help entry.

As it is the basis for many installations.

It's already mentioned on SqueakMap as a "Community Supported"
package, meaning you can create a new Release for it tagged with 5.2
right now.

IMO, anything that requires Metacello should put that at the top of
its SqueakMap install script, so that no other mention of it is
necessary -- anyone needing to know about Metacello will know where to
find it.

That would be indeed a good solution thus the reason to put a hint
into the help system.

We are expecting many more  SqueakMap entries ....
