Make sure nextPutAll: still loads buffer1 at: 1, so that e.g.
peekLast works as expected.
The test is

        (((MultiByteFileStream forceNewFileNamed: aFilename)
                        lineEndConvention: #lf;
                        yourself)
                nextPut: Character tab; nextPut: Character cr;
                peekLast) == Character cr

This fails before the change, answering Chartacter tab.
