I'm using 3.9-final + LevelPlayingField now.  See
http://installer.pbwiki.com/LevelPlayingField.

Unfortunately, LPF doesn't install Universes, so I have to add that
separately.

I use Seaside One Click Experience because I'm doing Seaside and it
has a sensible folder layout* with 3 VMs all pointed to the same
image. Makes it easy to move between Windows, Mac, and Linux. See:

The image is a tweaked Squeak-web by Damien:

*Based on Plopp - Thanks Bert!
