[ENH] Small enhancement for the TestRunner

Hi!

With this fix, the testRunner now update its list of classes and  
categories when changes occurs in the system.

Hum... Finally I am not sure it is a good idea.
Often my test create new classes on the fly and new categories. If I  
run my tests, I do not want to be refreshed all the time I press  
'Run'...

Perhaps the testrunner should be unsubscribed before running tests,  
and then subscribed afterward...
