[Enh] SqueakSource

Hi,

Together with Michaël Piel, we cleaned up a bit the squeak source code
related to the default URL.
I didn't find on Mantis an entry for SqueakSource, so I report this
enhancement here.
Please find below the corresponding change set.

Hi Noury,

Thanks for the enhancement. I've integrated it in the current active
development on SqueakSource.

You are probably using an older version of the code - in the new one
(head is SqueakSource-al.175) we have properties (also including the
default path, port etc.) that can be set via the user interface. Btw.
this is an enhancement and merge with the SqS version of Impara and
SqueakFoundation. The main SqS server is planned to go online with
this new version next week...
