FFI | That "Callout mechanism not available" can still happen :-)

I am not sure why by Windows 10 is so upset these days. Yesterday, SqueakSSL did not work. Today it is SqueakFFIPrims:

I am just telling you because I read Nicolas' list of possible error codes where he wondered whether this specific error can still happen.

I will now try to reboot my system. :-)
