Final 4.1 build

Andreas.Raab
Folks -

I've put the final 4.1 build into http://ftp.squeak.org/4.1

This build changes the version to 4.1 and includes the few fixes that
have been assembled over the last days:

[x] Evaluated SystemWindow initialize
[x] Added the Terse Guide welcome workspace
[x] Added fix for duplicate ctrl/alt keys
[x] Added fix for [Abstract|Mixed]Sound

Ian, can you roll one last round for the Windows installer? As soon as
it's in place I will send out the 4.1 release announcement.

Cheers,
   - Andreas

Here it is: http://drop.io/7sj106x/asset/squeak-4-1-9956-100417-installer-exe

I have tested it but I'd be glad if you could test as well and make
sure it's all right.

Ian.

Re: Final 4.1 build

Hannes Hirzel
Installation on Windows XP was fine.

Installation location OK
Shortcut for copy/paste is now ctrl-c/ctrl v by default.
Terse guide to Squeak is included.

Releasing this artifact is fine from my point of view.

Hannes

P.S. For completeness: somebody should do an installation on MSVista
and on Windows 7

Just tried the installer on vista and it works as expected. The only
issue I found is that the decompiler can't decompile the method containing
the terse guide. This results in an error when running the tests.

Thanks! Can't ship with a red test. I've updated the release with the
fix. Unfortunately, it also means we need another round for the Windows
installer. Ian, can you roll another?

Cheers,

Yay!

The welcome window should be a nice base for the announcement ... we achieved quite a lot in the last couple of months. Thanks everyone!
