Frank Shearar running for Board

Frank Shearar-3
I had said I wasn't going to, but, well, sometimes you have to do what
you have to do.

I want to improve infrastructure, especially around building
releasable artifacts and continuous testing.

I want Squeak to embrace tools and techniques used by the world at
large. I _also_ want to preserve that special something that makes
Smalltalk a joy to use.

I like running code a whole lot more than talking about maybe writing something.
