Help on debugging into font translation

I did debug on (MultiByteFileStream fileNamed: 'file.txt') contents and the results could see from the pic in attachment, which you could see in Squeak 3.9, after Character, it got a right chinese character but in Squeak 4.1, it got a messy code, i could not debug into any more.
