Help to build 3.8 full image with latest VM for Mac

Could a help full mac Squeaker out there make a 3.8 full image with the
latest
mac vm so it can be put up on the FTP ?

This has the  3.8.12beta4U vm, and the Plugins directory is gone as  
these
are now inside the vm executable bundle, I think.

Yes, this is to confirm the plugins are now in the bundle and not  
looked for by default (a info.plist change) in an external Plugins  
folder.
This was changed because the MacIntel VM won't load PowerPC plugins,  
so I bundled them all to avoid issues.
