How To Set Up VNC in Croquet (was: eToys & Croquet Squeak Image?)

In response to the following, I have developed a user-friendly how-to for setting up VNC using the Hedgehog build of Croquet.

In the Croquet World
that is in the SDK how do I vnc an Cad app or is there another way to view
the app in the Croquet World?
