How to release OmniBrowser?

We've had the question about packages and distribution pop up before, so
here's a great
thread on the topic.

Thank you Chris for pointing to that thread.

The thread is called 'Packages, packages, packages'. The discussion is
about Monticello,
Metacello, Sake, Universes and SqueakMap.

The question however is -- what is the conclusion in terms of
releasing OmniBrowser?

The answer could be a pragmatic one  --- anything that works and with
which Colin does not have too much effort.
