How to reopen a mantis issue

Sorry, I just cannot find the right button to do so.

I browsed the senders of self in 3.10 7137 (usual sanity check).
It happens I am the author of a bug.
I want to reopen http://bugs.squeak.org/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=3574
where I uploaded a patch.

Note that another undue sender of self is signed wiz.
SequenceableCollection>>#assertSlopesWith:from:to:
It seems this method lack a segment of code.

Did you perhaps specify the wrong bug report number? #3574 is already
open and has never moved past the 'new' status.

Ah thanks, stupid me, I cannot reopen an already open.
I did not mistake though, the status is open but should have been closed
because bug were harvested in 3.10, hence my request.

There are a lot of harvested entry still marked new like this one.
When will they be closed?
What is the policy?
Keep open untill official release?
What if in the meantime a problem is found in the patch?
