I found that Pharo shows progress bars while it's loading configurations,
while Squeak doesn't. The cause if the difference is that
MetacelloPharoPlatform overrides two methods (#do:displaying: and
#collection:do:displaying:) in the notification category, while
MetacelloSqueakPlatform doesn't. I copied the two methods and they work
fine. The source code is backwards compatible too. Is it possible to add
these to MetacelloSqueakPlatform too?
