When the toolbox regenerates a configuration method all of the method  
comments are completely lost ...

Including a MetacelloNoteSpec that can be associated with any spec as well  
as included in a MetacelloMemberListSpec would allow Metacello to preserve  
comments in the configurationof methods ...

Shouldn't be too hard ...
