The Metacello scripting API might be more about querying package state.
It seems that using only the Monticello Browser you can only see
'Changes' of the ConfigurationOfXXX file, rather than 'Changes' of every
package that would load.  Perhaps the Metacello scripting could simulate
a load to preview all changes that would be made by the whole package.
Also it might indicate where two packages refer to different versions of
the same Monticello file as well as report the current "version" loaded
- being different from the ConfigurationOfXXX-aaa.22.mcz.
