This would be really useful. Probably basing this on Fuel / Tanker would be  
the answer.
What I would love to see / have is the following:
- I work on an application
- I specify my "Project", telling the system what image I am basing my work  
on (version nr.), and what packages I loaded on top of it (in whatever way,  
File-In, Metacello, etc.). I can also add "resources" (images, sounds,  
fonts, whatever)
- The system outputs a self-contained project file (bundle)
- I can send that file per mail, and another person can double click on  
that file and it opens / runs in the correct Pharo installation  
(alternatively, from within Pharo the project can be unpacked, imported and  
run)
