Has anyone else experienced this problem? I cannot reproduce it, but I
am concerned because I got similar symptoms a few days ago when I was
working on an earler version of the large changes file. I'm worried
that there may be some hidden or intermittent problem, possibly related
to my botched Files-dtl.60.mcz update a couple of days ago.

Again, I can't reproduce it, but if anyone else experiences it, then
the large changes file updates should be considered a suspect.
