List Silence

I did some maintenance on the community server yesterday and I guess I
must have unintentionally left the mail server software in an only
partially running state which resulted in the lists not working.  I
apologize for that and ask you to think of it as merely a short
vacation.  Prepare for a deluge of list traffic.
