Looking for help on chinese character

I was working on squeak these days, I wonder if some one could provide me some guide on making squeak could accept chinese character, I have tried to SAR install the 3.9 version package for chinese into Squeak 4.1, but when i type chinese in the workspaces, it continues to show me the messy code,
