[MC] reseting the cache folder

Hi

for 3.9 I would like to be able to reset the cache folder of MC so  
that people do not get mine :).
Does anybody know the magic invocation so that when the MC browser is  
opened or when a package is loaded
the package-cache is created.
Then is there a way to create another one (I did that) and to remove  
the current one (I could not).
I did not look carefully so.

MCFileBasedRepository flushAllCaches
