Tim,
Because the VM is not Xinerama aware, it treats the two physical
displays as one virtual display. The effect of this is that maximising
the Squeak window spans both physical displays.
This patch contains the Squeak window to only one physical screen.
The platforms involved should be any X which has the Xinerama
extension (XFree/xorg/Solaris according to Wikipedia).
