Missing StarBrowser for Kom HttpServer

There used to be an adaptor which provided a UI for the webserver using
StarBrowser. I have hunted around for this piece and cant find it, can
anyone help

You mean the add service in this picture ( and what comes later ) ?
Is in very old StarBrowser (5).
