[Monticello2] MDBogusA a sharedPool isNil

Hi Avi and Colin,

after loading Monticello2, a class has strange shared pools:

MDBogusA sharedPools an OrderedCollection(MDBogusPoolA aDictionary(...) nil)

So, there is 3 different kinds of element in the shared pools. Is this
normal? At least the nil causes problems.
