I'm seeing links like

that say that things work with a particular image version (e.g. works on 3.8 but not 3.9, or works on 3.9).

I've got the 3.10 image. What is it that makes this stuff incompatible with current images? If it's packages/classes that need to be loaded, why not just provide instructions on how to obtain them for current/future versions?
