New Cobalt Release for 20090205

There are enough small changes piled up that I've decided to push out a dev release so that we can all stay in sync.  It should be available at:    http://www.duke.edu/~jd135/downloads/cobalt-base-current-build-20090205.zip  around an hour and a half from when I send this message.

Changes include:

• Julian has started the process of reorganizing the media content and its directory structure to make it easier for users.
• There is a boatload more media content in this archive....it's now much larger, around 300 MB. This will be changed later as we progress to separate out the "must have" content from the "makes users lives easier" content which will be in a separate archive.
  
• Ed Boyce has done more work on the info panels. Still not finished, but further along...they should have the basic support for editing spaces, objects, and users. Objects can now be zoomed and the space has adjustable fog.
  
• Browsers in image now by default have the button bar.
• UPnP spams the transcript somewhat less.
• Camera zFar set so it shouldn't clip the skybox with normal avatar positioning.
