New Etoys installer for testing

  Hello,

  We've been trying to make a new release before Squeakfest and now
I'm geting around making the installer for Windows.  Thanks to
Korakurider and other contributors, it should now work on Windows 7.

  Please try:

  I created another test installer and uploaded to the same location:

  Please try it in various settings and let us know if there are
problems (or there aren't problems).
