I’ve been distracted by stuff for a couple of weeks so maybe this has already been dealt with, but I just went to download the latest trunk images only to see nothing newer than november 12. What did we break this time?

Hi Tim, The builds have indeed be failing for some time and it looks like there's a problem in the ReleaseBuilder. I will look into this tomorrow and hopefully unblock the build pipeline again. I remember a segfault on travis I had a hard time reproducing, but I hope to be wrong. I'm afraid you are. ;) It's not segfaulting, there's a MNU... Best regards |
Hmm... "ReleaseBuilder prepareEnvironment" is not working in Trunk but should. Note that there is not necessarily a problem in the ReleaseBuilder but the image's code base. ;-) Best, Marcel

Hi all,
Thanks to Marcel, the build pipeline is unblocked again! You can find today's trunk bundles at [1] and [2]. Happy Holidays! Fabio -- On Thu, Dec 14, 2017 at 10:37 AM Marcel Taeumel <[hidden email]> wrote:

Good to see that trunk images are updated again.
The bundle uses an old VM though. Apr 27 2017 Thus project saving causes a crash in 6.0a whereas it works with a recent VM --Hannes On 12/14/17, Fabio Niephaus <[hidden email]> wrote: > Hi all, > > Thanks to Marcel, the build pipeline is unblocked again! > You can find today's trunk bundles at [1] and [2]. > > Happy Holidays! > > Fabio > > [1] http://files.squeak.org/6.0alpha/Squeak6.0alpha-17578-32bit/ > [2] http://files.squeak.org/6.0alpha/Squeak6.0alpha-17578-64bit/ > > -- > > On Thu, Dec 14, 2017 at 10:37 AM Marcel Taeumel <[hidden email]> > wrote: > >> Hmm...
