Notifications to update a tool based on OmniBrowser

Hi,

I'm wondering how a node (or a command) can inform the browser that a
refresh is needed. I tried using #signalChanged but nothing refreshes.
Do I have to register somewhere for this event?

This is for OmniBrowser 335.
