OCompletion enhancement

Hi Levente, would you mind to merge this version with an added
preference for OCompletion which, when enabled, allows subString
matching instead of only front-strings, (but still putting the
front-matching ones at the top of the list).  It's disabled by
default, and does not affect performance.

It's there, thanks. I changed a few things, but the functionality is the
same.
