[OT] Compile IDST 5.1/Pepsi

Did anyone sucessfully compile idst 5.1 from http://piumarta.com/pepsi/
for Win32 systems? What is required? Any pointers?
Or is there prepackaged download available?

Are there any plans to use IDST/Pepsi/Croak as a base for future squeak
development?
