Ogg/Theora version of your 2003-04-24 lecture

Alan & al,

I pointed to some friends of me your 2003-04-24 demonstration, but my
friend Odile was not able to use the original video format with her
Linux based system, so I did a Ogg/Theora conversion so she can enjoy
your demo with the VLC software.
