CogVM source as per VMMaker.oscog-eem.2518
ThreadedARMFFIPlugin:
Renamed ThreadedARMFFIPlugin to ThreadedARM32FFIPlugin to accord with
ThreadedARM64FFIPlugin (more descriptive)
Reversed the way single and double floats were handled in callOutState
floatRegisters to simplify the logic a bit.
Updated struct size rounding for aarch64.
