Output directory for builds?

tty

Howdy.

The pharo team dumps their output into oscogvm/results
I know the GNU builds dumps into directories specified at the top of the mvm in $INSTALLDIR.
For the CMake stuff, should I mimic the mvm stuff prefaced with a cmake_ or do we want to standardize that too?

cheers.
