PluggableFileList should be in what package?

In Squeak trunk, PluggableFileList and PluggableFileListView are currently
in package Morphic-FileList but they really should be independent of Morphic
and MVC. What package should they belong to, perhaps System-FileList?

 From what I've seen I'd say that PluggableFileList is MVC only. There
are some (accidental) uses via Morphic but I think they should be
replaced with "proper" Morphic usage (whatever that turns out the be).
