Problems running Pharo

Hi everybody,

I am having problems when executing the vm using the latin1 encoding. I am running it on Ubuntu 10.10. Aways when I open the file browser and I get this error: invalid utf8 input detected.

-encoding latin1

But this error happens only in this OS.
I have tested it in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and I don't get this error. Does anyone can help me, please?
